If you were at last year's amazing launch party (pictured above), you will remember the even more amazing keynote speaker Gabriella Muller-Mendoza, and her words of wisdom to us ladies living the expat life! Well, due to last years success, Gabriella has offered to continue our lessons of empowerment with another night of insight!

Adaptation - The Key to Success
Have you ever felt overwhelmed by the stress in a change process? Would you like to find out what strategies can help you lead a more fulfilling life in a new environment? Whether you are an expat mother or professional woman, on this evening you will gather key strategies to deal effectively with change in your life and to manage stress in the best way. Participants will also learn  how to help their own team or family go through change effectively and adapt. This session will be interactive, fun, applicable and tremendously useful for women in growth, transition and development. Don’t miss it! You’ll get important tools and clear ideas on how to achieve your highest goals while dealing with stress effectively.

About the Speakers:
Your coaches and keynote speakers for this special evening are a professional mix of female power, dynamism and expertise. They work together coaching teams, organizations and female leaders in transition and development. Gabriela Müller and Natasha Lozano approach relevant topics in an interactive and exciting way for medium and large audiences world-wide.

Gabriela Müller-Mendoza
senior executive, personal communications coach, trainer and world-wide speaker, working mom; her areas of expertise are: empowerment and leadership for women, cross-cultural communication, improv theater and change management. Her experience includes 12 years in the corporate world in blue-chip companies, and since 2002 she offers Executive Coaching and Training to high potential professionals, teams, women, managers and leaders who want to develop a powerful personal presence and an effective leadership style. She works with clients in 5 continents and 4 languages. Gabriela will share concrete strategies to apply in each stage of a given change process such as: moving to a new country, new job after re-structuring/mergers, new family situation or new environment and how to make the best out of it!

Natasha Lozano de Swaan
Coach, physicist, educator, specialized in increasing cognitive capacities in logical mathematical thinking and language. Her Latin and European profile has helped her develop cross cultural awareness, she is a learning expert, writer, advisor to prestigious educational institutions and corporations world-wide. Her workshops promote positive changes in self-knowledge, creativity and productivity. Natasha will be sharing concrete techniques and tools to manage stress effectively, ways to help your team or family members deal better with stress in a change process, and effective acquisition of information in a new environment.
The Details:
The event will start at 6:30pm  at the Brasserie de L'Epée in the Basse Ville of Fribourg. This restaurant was rated in the top ten of all Fribourg restaurants by the Guide Gault Millau Suisse - 2010. Specializing in french cuisine "du Marché", our chef will be preparing a special fixed menu consisting of an entree, main course and dessert, including wine, coffee and mineral water all for
60 CHF!
